Programmer/Web Developer

We are looking for a PROGRAMMER / WEB DEVELOPER who can take on the challenge of developing websites and be responsible for WordPress content and theme development. Provide assistance in project development and do custom PHP development for more advanced coding projects.
You should have good coding standards and be able to do extensive browser testing and fixing IE bugs and other CSS/programming issues and quirks. It is important that you work well with other developers/designers.
These are the requirements:
MySQL Database maintenance and management.
Strong background in PHP server side Programming.
HTML 5, CSS3 knowledge.
jQuery or any other JavaScript frameworks.
Site Optimization: speed and performance.
WordPress development experience.
We are an incorporated South-Central Wisconsin based advertising company.
