HR Director
Human Resources Director - Wisconsin Dells, WI Our client is a privately-owned manufacturing company with 1,200 employees in 12 locations.
The company is a leader in it's industry and is known in the areas that they serve as an Employer of Choice (strong history with a strong reputation).
This position will be located at the company's Headquarters in the Wisconsin Dells area, but will have regular travel to the 12 locations (WI & MN).
The HR Director will be responsible for providing HR leadership and support to the 12 locations including a heavy amount of labor relations.
Specifically, the HRD will be responsible for leading labor contract negotiations and providing guidance management on collective bargaining issues, grievances, etc.
This is a hands-on position with no director reports.
The HRD will report to the VP of Finance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
7-10 years progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong labor relations experience including contract negotiations (must have).
