Housekeepers - Wisconsin Dells

Must be able to clean assigned number of guest rooms, depending upon occupancy.
Clean and reset the bedroom and bathroom areas of each guest room in accordance to established standards.
Keep a tidy, organized and stocked cart and linen closet
Ensure completion of assigned room lists paperwork
Must be able to communicate using the primary language used in the work place
Supportive Functions: These tasks may be assigned as necessary:
Perform other duties as needed to include vacuuming hallways, cleaning spills, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Specific Job Knowledge:
? Must be able to read, write and understand the primary language used in the work place.
? Must be able to communicate with guests, supervisors and co-workers
? Must possess basic computational ability
? Knowledge and understanding of safety and sanitation standards
? Report all problems, broken machines and unusual circumstances to the Executive Housekeeper or Manager on Duty
Physical Demands:
? Must be able to stand, walk and exert well-paced activity for up to 4 hours in length or longer, depending on occupancy.
? Most tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is controlled by hotel environmental systems.
? Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis
? Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited spaces
? Must be able to stoop, twist, turn, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, stoop, and stretch per cleaning tasks
? Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach other floors of the hotel in a timely basis.
? Ascend or descend stairs, steps, or similar uneven surfaces to access any required work area or other area related to functioning in the workplace
? Must be able to grasp, handle, write, bend, climb and perform repetitive motions
? Requires listening and hearing ability
? Visual acuteness, must be able to see things near and have depth perception
? Manual dexterity to operate equipment needed to perform job

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
