Position
Summary: The Supervisor will help run the photo concession operation. The Supervisor will help motivate and train Imaging Sales Associates. Imaging Sales Associates rotate between three roles that include the photographer, photo preparation, and sales. The Supervisor must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Supervisor Primary
Responsibilities:
Help train and educate Imaging Sales Associates.
Understand and file daily reports.
Uphold high sales.
Assist Imaging Sales Associates when needed.
Help manage inventory.
Help schedule and maintain staff.
Help ensure Team Members are providing superior customer service.
Assist the Site Leader with weekly training meetings.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Possess a positive attitude at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
Understanding of computers, printers, and cameras.
Supervisory experience.
Self-starter with people skills.
Valid driver's license and 18
years old.
Hot Shots will train imaging skills.
Sales experience is a plus.
Pass drug and background test.
Willing to travel and/or relocate.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
