$1 more per hour during (May 15 to August 31, 2021) Sign-on Bonus:
$1,000 - $250 payable at 30, 60, 90, 120-days of service Schedule:

Summary:
As a PBX Operator (Dispatch), you are the voice of the resort.
You will provide customer service to both internal and external customers and guests over the telephone while answering incoming calls from both inside and outside of the resort.
Answers a multi-line telephone using proper telephone etiquette, answering questions and transferring calls to appropriate departments to ensure efficient service.
Performs and logs courtesy calls to ensure owner/guest requests are completed and to ensure satisfaction Coordinates with other departments to ensure a smooth response to guest s requests.
Enters work orders received from both internal and external customers and performs follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.
Keeps all necessary Front Office binders up to date (assigned by Manager).
YOUR
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Prior guest service or front desk in a hotel or resort experience preferred Experience with hotel reservations software You have an outgoing personality and excellent service orientation You can prioritize your work, manage your time and can work quickly without compromising quality.
You have basic computer skills.
